At Elair, all technicians are required to pass an Australian Police clearance. Our technicians are extremely reliable and trustworthy with a proven track record of great customer service and a high rate of customer return and referrals. Our customers have expressed a high level of customer satisfaction with follow up service offered, if required.

Are you an insured business and can you guarantee your work?
At Elair, we possess full insurance and all of the necessary licenses to safely and legally carry out the service. We offer a 12 month service guarantee on all repair jobs. Each new product comes with its own 5 year warranty, provided directly by the respective manufacturer.

What are the typical things you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Prior to providing a formal quote, our technicians must be provided with the brand, problem description or error code of the machine in addition to the model number of the machine. In order to ensure accuracy and quality guarantee, quotes can only be provided after a technician has inspected the machine.

How can a customer save money before you start the work?
Pre-clean your air conditioners filters prior to a technician arriving at your premises. Customers can check if there is a power supply issue – for example, has the power been switched off at the main board without your knowledge? The client can provide an error code that has been displayed on the wall control unit,…

What makes your prices competitive?
At Elair, our prices are fixed, rather than an hourly rate. Regardless of how many hours it takes our technicians to repair your system, you will be charged a set fee. We offer free quotes for installation only and do not charge a travel fee.

How do you normally charge for your service?
Elair offers payment via a portable EFTPOS machine, for customer convenience, with no additional fees. (AMEX excluded). Cash accepted. Customers are provided with an electronic receipt.

At Elair, we specialise in installation, maintainence, service, break downs and repairs of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

What experience, skills for qualification or training do you have to make you the right person fro the job?
Our technicians are qualified Practical Engineer’s with a specialisation in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. All technicians complete annual training for new products delivered by various manufacturer including but not limited to Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Daikin, Haire. We are authorised service providers for Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Daikin and Haire.
